Years ago I was stuck in an endless loop of self-doubt and “not good enough” mental gymnastics. When I started working with the subconscious, everything changed. Now, I'm helping soulful creatives get out of their own way by using a proven 3-step process for dissolving blocks at the root.

More about me: I’m a Certified Hypnotherapist, Trauma-Informed Somatics Coach, DJ & Facilitator. My work combines hypnotherapy, ritual, EFT, energy healing, neuro-linguistic programming, somatics practice and other tools to enable altered states of consciousness, where we plant new seeds and catalyze personal transformation.
I have a Bachelors in Psychology from the University of Florida, and a Masters of Science from NYU. I studied at the Divine Feminine School of Hypnosis, The Center for Integrative Hypnosis & The Trauma & Somatics Center. I received my Hypnotherapy Certification from the National Guild of Hypnotists, hold a Reiki Level 1 certificate, and am a graduate of the Somatic Channeling Mystery School out of Boulder, Colorado.
